ALLIANCE ENVIRONMENTAL Founder and CEO, Edward A. Clerico, P.E. pioneered the concept of Community Onsite Wastewater Systems (COWS) in the United States, developed the first Water Reuse Systems in the Northeast Region, and helped establish the first Non-Potable Water Reuse Supply Utility in New York City.
