Millennium Tower Residences, Battery Park City, NY: Developed and owned by Millennium Partners, the building is a 234-unit, 35-story structure that has earned a LEED Gold designation. Alliance Environmental’s services include water resource consulting along with application to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection for water reuse program incentives providing a 25% reduction in water and sewer rates.

Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, NY: The Durst Organization and Bank of America are projecting the Bank of America Tower to be the “world’s most environmentally responsible high-rise office building”, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Alliance Environmental’s services include water reuse system evaluation; start-up and monitoring along with application to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection for water reuse program incentives.

The Helena, New York City: An environmentally advanced residential tower developed and owned by the Durst Organization. The building is a 597 unit, 33 story structure that has earned a Gold LEEDTM designation by the US Green Building Council and includes a wastewater and storm water reuse system. ALLIANCE ENVIRONMENTAL achieved approval for reduced water and sewer rates under the New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s Comprehensive Water Reuse Incentives Program, substantially reducing the operating cost.
