Sustainable Development Projects
 

Carvel Property Development, Dutchess County, NY: Alliance Environmental serves as the Sustainability Team Leader for this model environmental recreational community currently being developed by The Durst Organization. This community will include a golf course, recreational facilities, new homes, various amenities and most importantly a large contiguous area of open space that will be dedicated to conservation management. The planning, approval, permitting and construction aspects of the proposed development plan will take several years before completion and ALLIANCE ENVIRONMENTAL is currently working with The Durst Organization to implement measures that reduce the environmental impacts of the existing site operations, enhance the ecological characteristics of the overall property and will serve as the base for the projects long term sustainability vision.

Energy Freedom Partners, Pedrictown, NJ: Coordination of all water resource and green building attributes for the redevelopment of a former army base camp in Salem County, NJ into a renewable energy business campus.
